Youth Initiative

• Provide a welcoming and safe environment where GLBT and questioning youth can meet to engage in social activities, educational programs and peer support groups.

• Hoping to kick-start the Youth Initiative, the Board of Trustees has authorized several of its members to develop a comprehensive plan for the establishment of a youth peer support group.

 

• Drawing from resources provided by the National Association of LGBT Community Centers, the National Youth Advocacy Coalition and other, already-established gay youth advocacy and support organizations.
